All of our products are non-returnable. However, if there is a quality issue with the product you have received, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team at ops@vastramedwear.com or +919028118982 with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement.
Please note that embroidery products are also non-returnable, as they are made to order and customised specifically for each customer. We take great care to ensure that all embroidery work is of the highest quality, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. However, if there is a quality issue with the embroidery, we will work with you to address the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
