Orders will typically be fulfilled within 5-7 business days of being placed. This includes processing time, packing, and shipping. However, please allow up to 10 business days for embroidery orders to be fulfilled due to the additional customisation process.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues, shipping times may be longer than expected. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your order.
